After Graduation

  In undergraduate course, about three-fourths of graduates enter graduate school in order to pursue further study. For graduates to seek their career with their scientific expertise, academic abilities to complete master's degree will be required. Indeed, the amount of job offers for masters is increasing year by year. In master's program, students learn how to conduct and conclude their researches through academic conference presentations inside and outside Japan and writing papers. Recently, there are more master graduates who go to doctoral course and deepen their specialties.

  In our department, finding job opportunities keep stable even under the recession. There are many alumnae who take leadership role in a variety of fields such as government offices, chemical industry, pharmaceutical industry, research institutes, educational institutes, and publishing industry. For women, continuing with their works is the first step to show their abilities. Success of alumnae in society is encouraging for students and will support them mentally when they go out into the world. We welcome the students who challenge to follow and surpass them.
